It is a fact that people who work out have more confidence and feel better.  That confidence and healthy great feeling will roll on over into the bedroom.  

Some of the biggest killers of sexual pleasure is feeling insecure about how you look, stress and low energy levels.  Not only can the physical insecurities destroy your sex life, but many other factors that result from a lack of phyisical activity like weight gain, poor blood flow or increased estrogen levels.

There are many things that happen to a persons body when they exercise.  The brain realeses endorphins.  These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain and lower stress. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine.  They simply make a person feel good.

 

With exercise, testoterone levels will increase.  Testoterone sparks competitiveness and boost self-esteem, increases muscle mass which burns more chalories, not to mention boosting a persons desire for sex. Just as sexual activity can affect testosterone levels, taking part in competitive activities and exercising can cause  testosterone levels to rise or fall.

Low testosterone may result in a loss of confidence and lack of motivation. It can also lower the ability to concentrate or cause feelings of sadness. Low testosterone can cause sleep disturbances and lack of energy

 

For a woman, exercise will strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.  A stronger pelvic floor will help reduce your risk of incontinence, improve your sexual health, and boost your core strength and stability,

For a man it is very important, especially after age 30 to exercise or at the very least participate in contuinued strenuous physical activities.  After age 30, it’s natural for testosterone levels to drop by about one percent each year.

A man with low levels of testosterone may lose his desire for sex. TLow testosterone can also result in erectile dysfunction and with the drop of testosterone comes the increase of estrogen which causes loss of muscle mass and an increase of fat storage.  Thats right!!, it will make you less of a man!
